An Annual Primary Inspection was carried out by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority on the 23rd July 2015 which included a review of documentation, observations and discussions. The inspection demonstrated that all previous recommendations and requirments were met. There were no new requirements or recommendations made as a result of this inspection. The Inspector in her summary stated that the atmsphere in Carlisle House was friendly and welcoming. She interviewed several Service Users who stated that "I like it here it has really helped me this time", another stated "It's lovely here, staff are all very experienced and want to help me". She stated that staff were observed to treat Servcie Users with dignity and respect taking into account their views.
