Art Therapy
Research has shown that Art Therapy can help towards the recovery process by enhancing the physical and emotional well being of individuals.
There is a growing body of evidence showing that art therapy improves health and emotional wellbeing. A recent report from the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Arts, Health and Wellbeing found that art can help meet challenges in health and social care around, loneliness, mental health and substance use.
